Whether it's a Villa in the South of France, a river cruise on the Rhine or a coach tour of Italy, Europe is the diverse destination that captures so many hearts! Food glorious food, delicious wines, art and culture in abundance, from shoestring budget to luxury of the highest standards, Europe needs to be experienced ..... more than once!
Japan

What an incredible opportunity it was to visit Japan! I travelled here in June 2019, with Wendy Wu Tours. Japan is such a beautiful country filled with the most incredible scenery, peaceful temples and shrines. Exciting cities and delicious food. The history is fascinating, and its such a diverse place, there is something for everyone here! Japan should be on everyone's bucket list!
Sri Lanka

If you're looking for a destination that is still somewhat untouched by too many tourists then Sri Lanka is the place for you. Such a diverse country! Beaches, surfing, old Dutch fortresses, safaris and tea plantations and so so much more. Absolutely worth a visit!
New York

Visiting New York at this time of year was fantastic!
Cambodia

Cruising on the Mekong meant that you get to see a lot of Cambodia in total comfort.
Europe

My passion for travel is fueled by my love for exploring new cultures, cuisines, and dining experiences. I have always had an affinity for European destinations, where I have indulged in the vibrant culinary scenes of cities such as London, Florence, Barcelona and Amsterdam.
Cruising

Recently, I have re-discovered the joys of river and ocean cruising, where I have had the opportunity to explore new destinations while enjoying the finest dining experiences onboard. The freedom to explore multiple destinations while sailing the seas in an unparalleled experience.

I would like to commend Hayley for all the help and service she gave to mum over number of months, Hayley made doing business with the company very easy for mum who is 76 and sometimes gets a bit confused. Unfortunately mum fell very ill during the second cruise and the medics on the ship advised her to come home asap. I spoke with Hayley to make arrangements and her demeanor was exceptional, she was polite and courteous and nothing was too much trouble. Hayley had mum on a flight home where she was assisted on and off the plane and treated with care and respect, what a positive experience for mum during a very rough time. Mum is now home and getting better every day. I felt compelled to communicate Hayley's extraordinary customer service and we feel she is a great asset to your company and the wider HOT brand.

The disruption of travel plans due to the global pandemic has really bought out how professional the HOT team are. My travel agent has become like a close friend as we exchange regular emails attempting to re book planned travel. Hayley also went above and beyond when my husband fell sick while we were overseas and not able the travel home on the date booked. Hayley was a true advocate for us when it came to dealing with our insurance company and rescheduling our flights home. This is definitely the reason you should book through HOT for piece of mind, especially when things don’t quite go to plan. They even have a 24hr service meaning you can talk to one of the team in emergency situations, which we had to use due to the time difference. Thanks so much again to Hayley and team. To Celebrate Ten years with House of Travel in Papamoa, a few of us packed our Winter Woolies and headed to The Big Apple for a week in December 2014. Visiting New York at this time of year was fantastic!
