Postcard from Mauritius

My wife "Kate" and I always say, "We will always have Mauritius". We stayed at the beautiful "Lux Grand Gaube Resort" and just feel in love with this destination. It was the most relaxing holiday we have ever had. A definite must see is the Pamplemousses Botanical Garden with the world's largest lily pads. One of the best things we did was a cooking class at the resort and got to spend a few hours with a professional chef.
