Lovely to meet you

Travel has always been a joy for me, I love exploring new places, trying new foods, meeting interesting people and stepping outside of my own bubble. Being able to assist customers in creating their own incredible experiences brings me so much joy. If you are after authentic experiences, with passionate support, I'd love to help.

My favourite holiday memories

  • London
    London Kelsey Tills

My husband and I decided to skip the chaos of a big family Christmas in New Zealand and escape to the UK for a traditional, white Christmas. The only time jetlag has worked in my favor, we got up before sunrise on Christmas Day and wandered the streets of Kensington, looking at the lights, interrupting a fox, and enjoying the novelty of snow (which was only just holding on given a snow fall 3 days before we touched down!). My favorite Christmas memory

  • Apricale Italy
    Italy Kelsey Tills

Nothing quite compares to the beauty of these tiny Italian towns. I volunteered for a month with the Olive Harvest in this completely breathtaking Italian mountain town. Even after a month I was still awed by the views, the people and the history of the region.

  • Sri Lanka
    Sri Lanka Kelsey Tills

Sri Lanka is such a land of contrasts, from stunning mountains, to wide open  plains, to incredible surf beaches and world class diving. It's really difficult to select a photo that comes close to showing the depth of experiences that you can have in Sri Lanka. This photo came about by chance, I was at a guesthouse due to join a Safari the next morning and was invited to meet the fishermen coming in. Nothing fancy, cost nothing and yet stuck in my mind as such an example of Sri Lankan hospitality.

  • Camino de Santiago

Hiking the Camino de Santiago is among my most wholesome travel experiences. Nothing compares to seeing a country on foot, rising each day to farewell new friends and places to walk into the unknown. Challenging and exhausting, but a wonderful sense of community and a truly unique way to travel.
  • Blue Mountains
    Blue Mountain Australia Kelsey Tills

This was a whirlwind trip to meet up with a friend who was in Australia from the UK. We spent our days hiking, visiting breweries and the incredible Blue Mountain Sauna (highly recommended!). A special opportunity to connect with dear friends and create new memories is one of the things that makes travel so wonderful.

My travel passions

Hiking -Given the time I think I would be quite happy to wander off into the wilderness on back to back hiking trips. I love hiking Journeys that cover long distances, and anything with a wonderful view. I feel like every time I tick one off another 10 get added to the list.

Food! - You can always find me happy in a food market and trying all kinds of weird and wonderful street foods. I love taking a cooking lesson wherever I end up and trying to recreate the same amazing dishes back home.

Photography- Although I'm definitely an amateur I love the chance to take beautiful landscape photos when I'm away. Now if only I had more wall space for them at home!

Meeting new people- One of the wonderful things about travel is the opportunity to meet and engage with people from all over the world. It's a great reminder of how we're all alike despite our differences.

My travel stories

Camino de Santiago

There is one other passenger remaining in the arrivals lounge. Pierre is a quintessential Swiss man, polite, charming and like me, missing his luggage. We are both planning on starting the Camino de Santiago in the morning, the pilgrimage over the Pyrenees into Spain and across the country to Santiago de Compostela. There are multiple Camino routes leading to Santiago but the one we are about to begin is the Camino Frances, also called the French Way, which is 780km with an optional 90km to Finisterre on the coast where you plunge into the ocean to cleanse your soul.
