Postcard from Seven Seas Explorer

Regent Seven Seas is all-inclusive and when they say all-inclusive the mean all-inclusive. We spent 6 nights on the ship and had a $0 bill at the end of the trip. It includes all restaurants on the ship, your drinks around the ship and in your minibar, shore excursions and laundry.

The food and drinks

There were 5 restaurants onboard and they are all included. Compass Rose, the main restaurant, has one page standard menu and one page where the menu changes daily. Sette Mari, which offers Italian food as well as a buffet. Chartreuse, a beautiful French Restaurant. Prime 7, a steakhouse with also some great seafood options. My favorite had to be Pacific Rim, the Asian Fusion  restaurant. During the day they also have a pool grill and buffet at Le Verandah. The food was outstanding.

There were so many drink options to choose from with each bar having a different cocktail menu. The staff get to know you very quickly and will know which one is your favorite very quickly.

The staff

They are what make the cruise truly special. There is always someone around to make sure you have everything you could ask for. From the staff looking after your room to wait staff and the entertainment crew. One of my shorts had a small hole in them after one of our shore excursions. When it came back from the wash it wasn't just washed and pressed the hole was also fixed, now that is service!

The shore excursions

It is incredible most of the shore excursions are included. It is great to have this all paid for upfront. You still have plenty of options to choose from to suit what you want to do.

Regent Seven Seas is getting 5 out of 5 starts from me.
