Postcard from Southern Italy & More

Our group of 6 friends started off on a custom built adventure to Europe. 

After a few nights in London, Paris and Florence we headed to the Amalfi Coast, where we did usual visits, Pompeii, Capri, Positano, but also got off the beaten track & had a private cooking class on a local farm, complete with homemade limoncello..... "delissimo". 

Next an 8 day Vespa tour of Puglia (the heel of the boot, Italy.) This tour had us driving on small country lanes, well away from busy roads. 

The accommodation was delightful, small boutique properties, set in stunning locations, farm villages & seaside towns.

Then onto Germany where we burnt some calories on a bike & boat trip on the Danube (then swiftly put them back on with the beautiful food & vino onboard the said boat). 

We finished with a few nights in Salzburg, Austria before heading home. 

A trip of a lifetime, that I would do again in a heartbeat!
