Postcards from the Maldives

Arriving into Male airport was an experience in itself, as we arrived via Singapore Airlines straight to our water taxi (located at the airport) that transported us by moonlight to our Club Med bungalow, set within this garden island close to the waters edge. Upon waking in the morning I loved exploring our island oasis, with turquoise waters and pure white sand.  

Club Med is an easy choice with its famous inclusive holiday, with beautiful surrounds from relaxing by the infinity pool or enjoying a number of the sporting activities. The snorkeling excursion (additional charge) was out of this world and a highlight of my trip. 

Another highlight, we were fortunate to spent a luxurious day at The Finolhu Villas, 5 Trident island enjoying the facilities and service.  

I loved travelling around the islands via boat, wind in our hair, sun on our faces.
