My now wife and I have been very fortunate to have met Lisa 13 years ago for our first trip of four to Rarotonga all under the guidance of Lisa Crawford and all travel and recommendations have been organized to perfection. After 13 years of an amazing relationship my now wife and I made the commitment to elope to Vegas and get married. The trip entailed Anaheim Disneyland plus a Baseball game followed by Vegas to be married at the White Chapel and a Helicopter trip to the Grand Canyon. We finished up our trip in Hawaii for our Honeymoon at Ko Olina. Our lovely Lisa organised everything from head to toe with not one hiccup of any sorts. House of travel is very fortunate to have Lisa Crawford in their team and we are going to travel a lot in the near future only using Lisa as our Agent.

Lisa was fantastic to work with. She left no stone unturned. We are very grateful.

Aurelie was prompt and thorough with her correspondence to us. We were surprised at the amount of detail she provided and was patient with us while we changed our itinerary. She provided a few accommodation options for us to choose from. She booked our flights both regional and international which was something we didn't expect. She told us about the HOT app and provided all the info we would require to track our holiday bookings. Thanks to Aurelie for a smooth transition in securing our holiday.

Carol organized everything, the Globus tour went like clockwork, the 2 days in Dubai with tours each day were very well organised.

Dealt with Carol but she was very helpful despite me changing plans multiple times. No change was an issue and always communicated things well, replying to my emails at very late hours to get things over the line.

We are just back from the cruise and all three of us had the best time!! Thank you for all your work in booking it for us and making sure everything was done! Make sure if you ever get the chance to go on a Disney cruise that you go, it’s an experience for adults and children!! I asked Alfie what his favourite part was and he just replied everything but he did really enjoy the royal knight transformation and meeting Donald Duck!! We will definitely get in touch with Carol for our next holiday, we have big plans to go to Disneyland in a few years time!!

It was Carol that organised our trip. She was 10 out of 10 for everything.

Gareth co-ordinated an itinerary that was not especially straight forward, involving different airlines around the world. He listened to our requirements and delivered accordingly. He also recommended accommodation when asked and gave advice on different Visa requirements. Gareth was there when we needed help while away on holiday and went above and beyond to help us.

GD booked this trip for me in a hurry got it all sorted so I could then buy the corporate hospitality tickets for the sporting event. the accommodation / flights were all via Qantas. I am not a Qantas customer by choice but we had great flights, great service despite the going there flights being late. Accommodation - there was not a lot of choice but GD found us a hotel that turned out to be perfect for location and we were able to walk to and from plus all there eateries for both stops on the itinerary.

Gareth has always been able to tailor the flights to my specs,. Always finding great deals for the requested days and always with my preferred carrier. Always responding to email enquiries within the day and has always gone out of his way to ensure my connecting flights go as smoothly as possible, including sorting out rental cars at the arrival destination. Gareth has always been a pleasure to correspond with and has never let me down. I can only thank him for his continued efforts over the last year.
