Island hopping in Fiji was a fabulous experience and a definite bucket-list item checked off. We visited several islands and stayed at quaint properties that were minimally populated with tourists, allowing us to witness the authentic, untouched beauty of the Fiji Islands. We observed young children fishing from the shore on weekends, witnessed fathers gathering food, and conversed with mothers at local village markets where they sold their handicrafts to sustain their livelihoods.

As New Zealand is not my native country, exploring its wonders was a significant part of my journey before settling here on the Kapiti Coast. Despite its proximity, Queenstown feels like a distant paradise with its breathtaking hikes, delightful restaurants and cafes, captivating attractions, and stunning natural beauty. Experiencing the Onsen hot pools was truly a highlight and a cherished item checked off my bucket list.

Greece is a popular summer holiday destination for those living in the UK. I have visited Greece several times, but Santorini and Georgioupoli are undoubtedly my favorites. In Santorini, enjoying dinner at the Argo Restaurant Village while sipping cocktails and watching the sunset is the perfect way to reconnect with family at the day's end. Georgioupoli in Crete is a charming resort village, and a visit to the Agios Nikolaos Chapel is an absolute must-do experience.

I love the hustle and bustle of Bali, with the busy streets, flea markets and small cobble alley ways. From Kuta to Seminyak to Ubud, there is so much to do. Whether you want to relax at a beach club, have a meal at some of the best restaurants in the world or do some adventure activities there is something for everyone

Australia is a fantastic country with a lot to offer. My favorite experiences include visiting the theme parks in the Gold Coast, seeing the Sydney Opera House, and taking a day trip to Phillip Island. Whether you're into tourist spots, beaches, or the countryside, there's something here for everyone.
