Often small things like the hotel that looks so beautiful on a web site being a kilometer from the beach or your week away in a romantic resort clashing with local school holidays.

It’s our experience that makes the difference and ensures your holiday is as good as it could possibly be. And when you are away we go with you.

Whether it be unforeseen illness or dealing with one of those sudden event the world sometimes throws at us we will be with you and ease the dislocation of a sudden change of plan.

    Travellers to Italy will have an extra step now as Airbnb rentals will no longer use lockboxes for self-check-in, following a new law aimed at enhancing security and preventing terrorism. Guests must now coordinate directly with their hosts for check-in.

Postcard from Africa

Was fascinating watching a leopard come out of nowhere and take down an impala meters away from our vehicle!  Out guide who had worked in Africa for 4 years had never seen a leopard kill, so we were definitely in the right place at the right time.
