Being in the water with whales in Niue is definitely an experience not to be missed and one I would do again in a heartbeat!

Toledo
Toledo was a surprising 'hidden gem' in Spain. It's an ancient city encompassing an astounding mix of medieval Arab, Jewish and Christian architecture. Wandering the historic streets and laneways you can not help but feel drawn back in time.

New York City
I love the view from the "Top of the Rock" (top of the Rockefeller Center)! It gives such a great view of the Empire State Building in the Mid-Downtown City Skyline and you're able to see the expanse of Central Park in the other direction.

I am an absolute cruise convert! From my very first cruise, to a recent cruise to Tasmania, I have been fortunate to cruise on a variety of cruise lines - from Princess to Oceania to Cunard. I love knowing that an adventure starts the minute I step on-board but I only have to unpack one!
