I was trying to organize quite a complicated arrangement of flight options, I called your branch and Penni picked up - right from the get go she was lovely on the phone and then when I emailed her she was even better. Penni took my long winded email and provided me options on all of them without any fuss, she was very honest about the availability of flights and I found her communication clear and open. I had sent the same email to STA and Flight centre , STA came back and the email was very hard to read and understand and they just didn't seem to care, flight centre came back with flights $30 cheaper but because the communication from Penni was so good we didn't care about any price difference. Even better news, the next day Penni advised the flights had gone down by around $380. We booked and paid that day! I just wanted to point out that it really was Penni's communication, her responsiveness and her lovely helpful attitude that made us book with you guys -she's an asset to your team and we are very grateful for her help .. I just received the confirmation and she had even gone ahead and sorted our seats all together - something my mother was quite worried about! Another example of great customer service. We are over the moon and very thankful!

Penni (Parnell) was very attentive and listened to what I wanted. She informed me of everything she was doing and kept me in the loop. She was patient with the ever changing information and worked hard to find the flights required.

Everything Penni organized went perfectly.
