Postcard from USA

Alisha Lockie Postcard from USA

In 2019 I travelled to the USA for a special reason - I married my husband just outside of Las Vegas at Red Rock Canyon.

This was our second time visiting the West Coast of the USA, and being joined by family and friends and sharing our love of travel with our loved ones was incredibly special.

We will never forget the special memories we made with our family, especially as this was our last trip before covid hit, and for a few family members, their first time overseas.

We started the trip with a road trip from LA through to Joshua Tree, then on to Las Vegas. After a week of wedding festivities in Vegas we took off for a beautiful honeymoon in Mexico.

After a couple of days soaking up some culture in Mexico City we travelled through to the colonial heartland of Mexico (San Miguel de Allende and Guanajuato), and then shifted to the coast to soak up the sun and enjoy some surf in Sayulita.

It really was the trip of a lifetime with family memories we'll cherish forever.
