Postcard from Sydney

Sydney Alyssa Kane

You can’t visit Sydney without out heading down to the waterfront at Circular Quay where the Sydney Opera House is located along with the stunning view of the Sydney Harbour Bridge.

I visited Sea Life Sydney Aquarium, Wildlife Sydney Zoo , Madame Tussauds and The Sydney Tower Eye as part of a package and did each attraction across two days.

Sea Life, Wildlife and Madame Tussauds are all located in the same area on the wharf at Darling Harbour.

Staying in the city is super convent with the public transport being easy to use. One of my favourite night actives is to catch the Ferry and go on a loop cruise. Taking In the peaceful view of all the city lights is such an easy and cheap way to spend the evening. Extra excitement when a cruise ship is entering or leaving the port docks!

One of my favourite days, I spent hiring a rental car and driving from the city, over the Harbour Bridge and up the coast to Palm Beach which its officially called Summer Bay in the Australian Reality TV show Home and Away.  I spent the day walking the beach, looking around the surf club which they use as a film location as well as dining in at the local diner. The soft golden salt is just as soft and what it looks like on film and was overall a wonderful place e to get my beach fix out of the city!

Sydney’s famous Bondi Beach is a perfect spot to enjoy the coastal walkway, swim, sunbath, walk the beach or even just take in from afar at a beachside bar! You’ll also market stalls and shops on the main drag where there is always some entertainment!
