Postcard from Australia's Northern Territory
The Northern Territory has so much to offer! With activities for every kind of traveller, it’s truly a destination that suits everyone.
I spent a week in Northern Territory – and could have spend longer! Some of the many highlights were the Nitmiluk Gorge to get an understanding of the local Jawoyn culture and marvelling at the spectacular gorge scenery, a Scenic flight over the Kakadu National Park for a bird’s-eye view of the vast landscapes, a thrilling Jumping Croc Cruise, and a sunset cruise to relax!
Being a tropical destination, the area offers a wide variety of amazing tropical gardens, as well as opportunities to learn about traditional Aboriginal use of native plants. Visiting the area, I also had the opportunity to try crocodile and kangaroo - for a taste of NT’s wild side!
