Postcard from Japan

Japan surprised me in so many ways, it wasn't a destination I first thought about travelling to but that all changed. It is amazing how a country/culture can blend the old with the new and it not being out of place. Seeing some amazing temples, castles and gardens which are centuries old but then going to the robot café (which is hard to describe but only Japan could do this) with its modern robots, techno music and lights. Seeing how the culture, respect of the Sumi wrestlers blend with the modernization of basically robot run factories. Japan is not only about their history but about their future. The people are so friendly and welcoming, the food is amazing (even the black eggs from Owakudani) and Asahi beer not bad either. Japan is an amazing country that I love to visit again and explore further.
