Postcard from Alaska

Alaska is an amazing destination if you love the outdoors (hiking, biking, canoeing, fishing) wildlife (bears, moose, whales, otters etc.) and of course the amazing scenic (fjords, glaciers, forest, mountains). Enjoyed a Princess Alaska Cruise from Vancouver - Anchorage, taking a trip on the scenic Alaska Railways journey from Anchorage - Denali - Fairbanks. Looking for northern lights or visiting the North Pole. But the highlight of my trip (which was on my bucket list) was a helicopter ride to the top of Mendenhall Glacier. It was surreal experience in the morning seeing Mendenhall Glacier from the bottom then view it from on top of the glacier. Enjoying the beauty of the Alaskan wildness from the air, one of the best ways to experience Alaska.
