Postcards from Singapore

Busy and unique - the city state of Singapore is worth more than a quick stopover. 

Check out the Gardens by the Bay during the day and at night for the light show, visit Chinatown and be brave - try the durian, it's not as bad as you think!  Spend some time exploring Little India, getting lost at Mustafa Centre and watching the garland makers at the Tekka Centre.  Finish your days with some delicious seafood and a craft cocktail or two. 

Spend your final day while you wait for your flight at The Jewel at Changi - lots to keep the whole family occupied.

The MRT is very easy to use in Singapore and is how the locals get around.  Shopping on Orchard Road is mind-boggling with the variety and you can move between malls using underground tunnels so you avoid the heat.
