We are so excited that travel is back up and running again, and if 2020 has taught us anything, it’s to get out there and book that trip you’ve always been dreaming of!

Ashleigh, Jess, Kate and Robbie are all proud Alexandra locals. Their combined extensive knowledge of the industry, along with numerous destinations visited between them all, makes for a smooth and seamless process when assisting you with your travel arrangements.

Born & bred here in Alexandra, I set off on my first solo overseas journey (Canada) at the age of 15. This was the beginning of my ever evolving passion for travel. Years on, after many overseas trips & a 3 year French sojourn, I have settled back here in Alexandra with my partner and 2 boys, and am proud to be working alongside some great colleagues here at HOT Alexandra! I have proudly worked for House of Travel for over 10 years, and within that time I have experienced a multitude of travel styles - from sailing, rail, guided touring, self driving, backpacking, solo, group, luxury & family travel - with more to add in future! My in-depth knowledge of the destinations I have visited, along with the various styles of travel I have undertaken, work as a great combo when it comes to creating itineraries for my clients. There are still plenty of places on the map I want to tick off, and I am extremely excited to share my passion for travel with my children, in the hopes it will open their eyes up to the big wide world, and all the greatness it has to offer!

I'm a proud Central Otago lad born and raised in this fantastic part of New Zealand, after spending a few years living in Dunedin (as well as a year in Ireland) I returned back to Alexandra in 2013 to raise my family with my wife Claire and 4 kids in this fantastic town.

JetZero is currently working towards designing and manufacturing a super-wide aircraft known as a "blended wing body," where efficiency increases as well as cabin experience.
Disney announces cruise line expansion - 4 new ships!

By 2031, Disney is aiming to have a fleet size of 13. Spreading the magic of Disney to everyone, in every corner of the world. The names of these ships are still in development but we know we can expect some magical moments to be made onboard these exciting new Disney Cruise Line ships.

Ever wondered what it's like to race on an F1 track?

Hunter Valley, AUS is welcoming a new resort which includes a fully functional F1 track. The F1 track is designed by the Tilke Group, the main Formula 1 track designers internationally. The resort will be called Black Rock Motor Resort and it will include Go-karting, racer training, a cafe, accommodation and a function centre.
Disney reveal the name of their newest Disney ship!

Disney has revealed their newest cruise ship name and it will shock you. The Disney Destiny will prolong the legacy and history of the Disney Cruise Line. The Disney Destiny was inspired by every character and every great Disney story. The ship will immerse passengers in the Disney greats of The Lion King, Hercules, and One Hundred and One Dalmations.
Qatar's new in-flight AI assistant

Technology is allowing for AI to be incorporated into many aspects of everyday life. In-flight assistance is no different. Qatar's AI assistant Sama, meaning Sky is part of Qatar Airway's Qverse and will assist you on your flight and on the ground. Sama helps with 3d renderings of airports for map and guides, help answer questions about baggage, check-in, and more in real time. Giving customer experience and customer service on top of the competition.
