Lovely to meet you

I love to cook, being able to mix together all the ingredients to create something special is closely aligned with how I feel about designing something unique for those who come to me to make their dreams come alive.

Whether you turn left or right in the aircraft, drive or cruise to fantastic destinations my first question is what do you like to do and how can I make it happen?

Apart from my lovely regulars  – who have come along with me to all manner of places on more than one occasion –  consisting of single ladies who may have lost a partner or those whose partners no longer wish to travel, gentlemen, couples, singles -  whether for business or pleasure  I am blessed to  say that I have been combining  a love of adventures with specialty offerings  –  cooking classes in  Italy, Morocco and the UK, some magical cruises, New Zealand adventures both North and South Islands, ‘foodie’ moments and of course our Melbourne Christmas shopping annual foray.    I combine these with easy peasy chef Jo Seagar and all I can say is prepare to have fun and laugh a lot, pack your smile and join us.

Each year I am asked -  where are we going next and so I am directed to ensure we find yet another memory for everyone.
