Unmatched in her lifetime experience within the conference and incentive travel industry, Victoria heads-up HOT Events and truly delights in delivering fantastic results for our clients.
Making magic happen is Victoria's specialty. She understands what is required to deliver top experiences for delegates and incentive visitors. In high demand by both clients and colleagues alike, Victoria is keen to share her skills and works closely with the team to ensure every part of a programme, from concept delivery, is exceptional .
Although Victoria's hospitality management studies included chief training - it doesn't mean she does a lot of it now - preferring to hunt out the latest wining and dining options in town. She does bring this knowledge to the table when hosting groups on or off shore - ensuring the venue is the ideal place for the specific group's requirements.

My travel passions
Barcelona- Barcelona is a vibrant city where stunning architecture, delicious tapas and lively culture come together perfectly. I loved exploring the city with a guide in a sidecar - it was such a fun and unique way to see Gaudí’s masterpieces and hidden corners. Spain as a whole offers something for everyone - romantic cities, sun-soaked coasts and rich culture at every turn.
Bali- Bali is pure magic with vibrant culture and warm hospitality everywhere you go. I loved spending my days floating in resort pools, enjoying blissful massages and savouring the incredible food - from beachside seafood grills to fresh nasi goreng. It's the perfect mix of relaxation, luxury and authentic local charm.
Turkey- Turkey absolutely captured my heart with its incredible history, warm hospitality and rich mix of cultures. From hot air ballooning over the otherworldly landscapes of Cappadocia to walking through ancient ruins in Ephesus and soaking in Pamukkale’s thermal terraces - it was unforgettable. A deeply emotional highlight for me was exploring Gallipoli, standing on those sacred shores and reflecting on the stories and sacrifices that connect us as ANZACs And don’t even get me started on the food - baklava, meze, and Turkish tea for days!
Vietnam- Vietnam is a sensory adventure - from the buzz of Hanoi’s old streets to the peaceful charm of Hoi An. I loved diving into the local food scene, especially through cooking schools where you learn to make traditional dishes like pho and fresh spring rolls. Zipping through the cities on the back of a motorcycle gave me a real feel for the local rhythm and getting beautiful tailor-made clothing in just a day or two was such a treat. With its warm people, rich history and unbeatable value, Vietnam is a destination that stays with you.
