Fiona was great to talk to when we had our online meeting. She was very responsive to what I wanted and provided a proposal that ticked all the boxes. Very happy with my plan. She was also really easy to deal with, responsive and friendly.

She was very helpful. She explained my different options and the benefits of each. I already had an idea of where I wanted to go and what I wanted to do, but used her expertise to fill in the gaps for what I was unsure about. Made booking a lot less stressful because I knew that I wasn't missing something due to inexperience. Fit me in with little time before the appointment which I appreciated also.

My initial inquiry / booking was for two, then it became three and finally four... with two staying three nights and two staying one night, plus acquiring show tickets initially for two then four. Fiona was very patient and accommodating and able to secure the show tickets for a Saturday night which was not originally advertised. The Saturday night was a special request as its a surprise birthday present. I was extremely grateful for the effort she put in to make this trip to Sydney so special.
