Welcome to the newest HOT store in Christchurch – House of Travel Prestons in Marshland.
After merging the Shirley HOT store with the Merivale HOT store in
2020, the owner-operators Lisa Hutchison and Nicky de Clifford were always
committed to re-opening a store back in the area. After a very busy few
years travel is back and Kiwi’s are jetting abroad in large numbers. Due
to this demand the time is now right to invest and engage with our local
communities.
We have located our new store in the growing area of Marshland – shop 10, 5 Prestons Park Drive. We are set to open on the 19th of February 2024.
At House of Travel we are committed to working with our clients and being able to offer a tailored travel solution to meet their needs. Travel is never “cookie cutter” and we like to ensure that each holiday is planned with care. Our experienced team of consultants will take time to sit down with our clients, listen to their needs, offer recommendations and guidance to ensure your holiday is everything they had dreamed of…
In this day and age having a point of contact while travelling overseas is crucial. At House of Travel we are here for our clients all the way. We have a dedicated 24/7 emergency assistance line and in the event of a hiccup while away we can step in to assist.
We are very excited to be opening our new store and we look forward to welcoming you in store soon.
Nicky and LisaWhat a fantastic place to visit for a family holiday. Cute villages with friendly locals always ready with a smile and wave.
Ciao! Who doesn't love Italy?! A wonderful country to visit. So much to see and do...
Bula, come to Fiji! I love Fiji and have been there many times over the years and have pretty much been to most of the main touristy areas and stayed in lots of different resorts.
Europe is one of my favourite destinations and an area I feel I am an expert in. I have lived in France and the UK when I did my OE at a young age and have returned a number of times since.
Samoa is also a fantastic place to visit in the South Pacific. I loved the beauty and tranquility of this destination. There are not a huge amount of resorts on their main islands so you do need to book early.
Singapore is I feel a destination in it's own right now - previously always a favourite for stopovers now it really has so much to offer.
