Lovely to meet you

This one is easy - travel is inspiring, revitalising and because the best things in life are the people you meet, the places you've seen and the memories you've made along the way. After extensive worldwide travel, working onboard luxury superyachts in the Mediterranean and running high end ski chalets across Europe and Canada, becoming a Travel Specialist was a way that I could bring my own knowledge from over the years together to share suggestions and recommendations through real life experiences. Engaging with my clients to turn dreams into a reality is exhilarating and I really enjoy investing my passion into making dreams come true for others by working together and creating bespoke itineraries customised specifically for you.

My favourite holiday memories

  • Greece

Quaint townships, villa style accommodation, cobble streets and morning markets tasting delicious delicacies of the area followed by an afternoon by the pool or on the beach. What more could you ask for? Crete, Corfu and Kefalonia are some of my favourite destinations within the Greek Islands and are perfect for those Mediterranean family vacations.

  • Vietnam

A mind blowing country of culture, cuisine and mountain ranges. Here I cycled 600kms across 10 days from Hue (north) to Ho Chi Minh City (south) of Vietnam to raise money for Cure Kids NZ. Meeting friendly locals whilst they work in the paddy fields and crossing children playing in the dirt back streets of theirs home or in schools on their morning tea breaks all as we cycled past were the main highlights of my time in Vietnam.

  • Western Australia

The beautiful contrast of white sandy beaches against turquoise blue waters between Bunbury and Margaret River are truly spectacular. Not to mention the warm temperatures, beautiful vineyards, scenic national parks and wildlife. Four-wheel driving on the beach and jet skiing alongside humpback whales are only two activities to list as special highlights of my time in WA.

  • Sri Lanka

Extensive hiking in Ella, supporting the Millenium Elephant Foundation by feeding and bathing elephants in Nuwara Eliya, swimming with the turtles in Mirrisa, attempting to learn how to surf at Dikwella Beach and jumping onboard a sunrise jeep safari adventure in Yala National Park all whilst travelling the country with a hiking pack and via Sri Lanka’s most common mode of transportation - tuk tuk!
