Ellie was very welcoming and suggested seating arrangements for my comfort , Ellie also organized assisted travel and the seats requested by me.   • I can't Say Enough For The Outstanding Service I just Received From Sunny Chanthavong on my recent visit and booking of a short trip up North to the bay of islands, New Zealand. She was Excellent, and with her outstanding customer service, she listened to my needs. Booked my trip promptly and I was off. Unfortunately being a Stroke Survivor and also a senior the news of the impending cyclone , I did decide it was too much for me and I returned a few days later to cancel my plans.
